  • Ability to conduct security audits/risk assessments.
  • Good drafting skills.
  • Ability to speak Arabic and other local languages very advantageous.

 Job Title : Head of Security Systems Sales
 Salary:

OTE £100K (depending on experience) + Fully Expensed Car + Benefits

 Location: United Kingdom
 Job Description:
  • Day to day management, motivation and development of National Sales Managers, including setting targets, quarterly appraisals and performance management.
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities within the City (London), Retail, New Build and Business & Industry sectors
  • To establish and progress new business pipelines capable of sustaining monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
  • Ensuring a pro-active approach to on-going account development and continual improvement
  • Cross selling in to manned guarding accounts, including the design of cost down proposals and the integration of systems security proposals within multi-service stream contracts.
  • Creation and management of a personal new business development pipeline to achieve own sales targets
  • Development of effective back office and reporting processes and procedures, including up to date maintenance of the company CRM (Alarm Master).
  • Creation of sales and marketing campaigns to increase  market share in chosen service lines and target markets
  • Inform strategy for new business sales, services and sectors
  • The creation of influential client networks to promote awareness of the  brand and services across all existing and prospect clients.
  • Establishing effective communication channels with all internal stakeholders
  • Production of monthly pipeline management reports and other management information..
  • Design and compilation of client focussed, new business quotes and solutions led tenders & proposals
  • Production and delivery of new business presentations, commercial cost models and contract negotiations.
  • Writing monthly reports for submission to the Board of Directors.

 Job Title: Security Consultant (Russian Speaking)
 Salary:

Remuneration : £100k / €120 package

 Location: Europe
 Job Description: To develop and executes all sales strategies and initiatives, as well as process and tools that assure attainment of security market orders and margin objectives. Reports to the VP of Sales and works closely with regional sales management and dedicated security sales professionals across Eastern Europe. Must be willing to travel up to 50% in the region . There is the expectation that the post holder will advise on different solutions across a range of issues but will predominantly be involved in major venue and infrastructure projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Education Level - Bachelor’s Degree. ( or equivalent )

• Formal management qualification is desirable.
• Extensive evidence of Security industry related experience. Must understand customers & markets.
• Proven track record as a sales leader/manager driving the sales process.
• Experience in building successful sales teams.
• Must have strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong focus on technical team development, resource management, business unit effectiveness and efficient business operations.
• Ability to travel when necessary preferably without visa restrictions.
