We understand how differing modalities between the consultant and the client can lead to a lack of clarity, and as such we place critical importance in this stage of the Search process. We employ a number of techniques to ensure that our brief is not just taken from the wording in the job specification but from a detailed exploration and understanding of this language, alongside the “intangible” elements of the role. From this a detailed brief can be prepared.
