Through our computerised network we can advise you on recruitment trends and applicant remuneration. We endeavour to meet any time frame you set for interviewing a shortlist of pre-vetted SSR® candidates. Ideally these interviews will conclude your selection for the vacant post, but until this is accomplished our proactive search and database referrals will continue to identify any suitable candidates. Our costs can be offset against the savings you will achieve by not having to acknowledge excessive applicant response or interview unsuitable candidates. Confidentiality is always paramount.
 
To reflect changing employment needs, our interim managers or temporary personnel can be hired to meet specific objectives, or perhaps to judge their suitability before a permanent employment offer.
 
Selection
Our experience and advisory skills extend from compiling vacancy and applicant profiles to the counselling of candidates during their notice periods. Project ownership by our consultants ensures responsibility and delivery, reinforced by investment and the development of our intelligent databases. Vetting
We interview in depth and apply stringent vetting procedures compliant with BS 7499. A full career history is required from every applicant with no unverified gaps. We provide dedicated resources exclusively for the collation and verifying of references, where practical this will incorporate bureau and DPA checks.
 
Replacement Guarantee
At SSR® we believe that the expert you retain should get it right. If any SSR® introduced candidate should fail to meet your expectations, or leave within 16 weeks of their commencement date, we will replace them without further fee.
 
Project Management

SSR® offers dedicated management resources for multiple placement projects in the UK and overseas. We have experience of working within hostile environments, aid programmes, exploration sites and transit camps. Such assignments are complex and involve the co-ordination of a variety of Human Resource requirements. A candidate's skills base may need to be complemented by a verified competency in the language and culture of the host country.
