Gary has been with SSR for 3 years and recruits security
officers through to junior managers in the corporate
and manned guarding sectors within the UK. He specialises
in the corporate sector including; finance, legal,
petroleum and insurance.
Gary joined SSR from recruitment within the manned
guarding industry and is a SITO qualified vetting officer.
As such Gary will work very closely with candidates
developing profiles and advising on suitable market
sectors.
Away from work Gary is a DJ and recently came second
in a national competition. Coming from Middlesborough
he is a keen ‘Boro fan and is currently studying
cockney rhyming slang.

Betshell joined SSR straight from college in 2002 as
a sales support to the General and Management team.
After completing a large number of courses, including
the SITO vetting officer course, NVQ 2 in administration
and currently the NVQ level 3 in management , she was
promoted into the role of senior sales support within
the division.
Betshell’s role is to provide a centralised hub
for all tasking, administration and continuity within
the division. Betshell
also ensures a flow of information on all senior management
processes.
Betshell has no interest in football until Gucci form
a premiership team.

Chris Newman – Sales
Support
Chris joined SSR in 1998 as an administrator for the
Retail team. After a successful period in retail Chris
has joined the General and Management team to provide
administration, CV writing, sales support and communication
continuity for the team.
Chris is known as “The Rock” within SSR for
his incredible ability to devour administrative tasks
and he provides vital support to the team during the
recruitment processes.
