This role required strong leadership skills, knowledge of the latest security measures and a business focus.

This position reported directly to board but required a hands on approach. The ability to influence and push through change design and specify the latest loss prevention technology, strong negotiation skills with knowledge of management team building and recruitment.
	Head of business controls £65,000 This market leader whose business had grown from zero to in excess of £400 million turnover in 18 months required a business focused security professional to produce and implement policy and procedures. The ability to reduce stock loss, increase head office efficiency and carry out sensitive investigations into internal and external fraud whilst adding value to the bottom line.
	Loss prevention controller £65,000 Knowledge of loss prevention methodology combined with the ability to raise awareness through training workshops for security and retail personnel. Understanding of the latest retail crime intelligence database software and the implementation of trend analysis combined with a prevention rather than cure rationale.
